Lily Winsaft, CEO and Founder of Aldebaran Associates International, LLC has focused her 25 years of experience in leadership, recruiting, business development, and finance to build a company dedicated to addressing the hiring and training challenges facing corporations and professionals today. Aldebaran offers over 30 originally designed corporate training programs focused on helping companies to develop enlightened leaders as well as programs that teach and inspire wellbeing. Career coaching is also offered to individuals under the umbrella of Professional Empowerment through Personal Enlightenment.
Lily Winsaft earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on human factors affecting personal and organizational performance. She has been recognized for her leadership and entrepreneurship by various professional organizations. She has been awarded the:

In 2008, she was nominated for a Leadership Character Award from the Turknett Leadership Group and her company was nominated for a Small Business of the Year award by the Mexican American Business Chamber. Lily was also invited by CARE International to join a special mission trip to Guatemala, sponsored by Delta Airlines, due to her support of international micro finance and women's empowerment efforts.
